1. HOW DO I BOOK?

Simply fill out the Book Form alongside what you want to order and we will get back to you with a free quote within 48 hours.

WE DO NOT HOLD DATES until Booking is confirmed.

2. DO YOU CATER FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes! Our grazing tables are perfect for canapés or evening grazing. Please email and we’ll happily chat through options. 

4. DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Of course. Just let us know your requirements and we’ll talk about substitutions on the board. Please note, for nut allergies we cannot guarantee a nut free environment in our production kitchen.  Our vegetarian options do contain eggs, if you require eggless please let us know. Please let us know of any allergies too.

5. DO I HAVE TO HAVE FLORISTRY INCLUDED IN THE GRAZING TABLE QUOTE? 

​As part of the Grazing Table aesthetic, all quotes include floristry as we believe this completes Veggie Grazer look. If you would like a basic, no floristry option, please include this in your request form.

6. WHAT DOES THE GRAZING TABLE SIT ON?

Grazing tables will need to sit on a flat surface either a kitchen work top or and large table. We usually recommend a 6ft table for wedding canapés and parties. Unfortunately we cannot provide the tables.

7. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

If your booking in cancelled 3 months out from the event we will offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancellations for refunds within 3 months or date changes where we have availability.

8. How does the food stay cool and fresh?

We keep all food cool during travel, to the location and venue.

Tables must be provided in area away from direct sunlight. Food on the graze table can be left out for 24 hours then must be disposed. Our Graze boxes or platters can be refridgerated but must be consumed within 24 hours.

9. How long do you need to set-up?

If you are hiring tablescape equipment and floristry we will need 1 hour to set-up and unload. Then a further 1-3 hours depending on size to set-up.

10. Do you dispose of leftover food?

We are not responsible for the removal and disposble of food waste. This is left up to event host.

11. Do you require parking onsite.

We do require parking on site to unload equipment and food coolers please. If there is an option please let us know at booking stage so we can figure out a solution.

12. Are you fully insured?

Yes we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health and safety standards. We pride ourselves on having the best standards and ensure we wear gloves when handling the food.
